This is a description of the privacy policy of the association Le Vieux Temple Yoga (5 rue Achille Raspide, 82600, Mas-grenier France).

When you apply for a retreat at Vieux Temple Yoga, your personal data is collected and used to process your application, to allocate you a place on a course, and to allocate you a room.
With your data, we will be able to:
- Plan accommodation, food or transport.
- Find out about any special needs you may have, such as food allergies or any special attention you may require.
- Help you and give you appropriate advice during the course.
- Provide additional services to past participants, such as post-course newsletters and emails, practice-related documents.
- Share volunteering/service opportunities or other relevant information with you.
- Keep financial information for tax purposes or other personal information required by law.
The information we collect
We retain your name, date of birth, gender, medical or mental health history (provided by you), general contact details, first language and other languages spoken.
Processing of your personal data
When we process your personal data we follow a set of principles:
1. Your information is only used and stored in accordance with what we really need and for as long as necessary.
2. We have an overview of all the types of information stored.
3. If we no longer need your information, we will delete it.
4. We give you access to your information.
5. Your stored information is properly secured.

We respect your rights. More specifically
1. We can give you an overview of all the information we hold about you.
2. We ensure that your information is correct.
3. We will correct and remove any information at your request, unless we have a legal reason to process the information without your consent. You have the right to object to our decision.

These platforms display the calendar and descriptions of our various courses so that we can welcome participants.
The data sent to us by these platforms is : Last name, first name, email. We then use this information to contact you directly and organise your stay.
